Win an Exclusive Guy du Toit Sculpture in Support of
Joburg Ballet

Tutus, Hares & Heart is a unique fundraising collaboration uniting ballet, contemporary art and philanthropy. Created in partnership with Joburg Ballet and Everard Read Gallery, with support from RMB, acclaimed South African artist Guy du Toit has donated the first edition (1/16) of his new sculpture Cygnets to be won through this special donor competition. Inspired by the famous “Dance of the Cygnets” from Swan Lake, the sculpture transforms du Toit’s beloved hare figures into dancers en pointe — whimsical, elegant and full of life.
This fundraising drive began in April 2026 in partnership with RMB Latitudes Art Fair raising over R150,000. Following the competition draw in June 2026, the winner, Anne Page, graciously donated the sculpture back to Joburg Ballet for a renewed donation competition.
Joburg Ballet is grateful to Everard Read Gallery and RMB for supporting this renewed fundraising drive.
Note: All competition entries previously submitted have been re-entered into this donation competition, increasing your chances to win.
